On top of our very first boardgame back in 1998 being themed on "Weird Al" Yankovic, I've also turned his often-overlooked 1989 movie, UHF, into a boardgame.
Full of spoofs and silly jokes, as well as Al's usual brand of song parody, this story of a crazy underdog, George Newman, who gets to run a failing TV station is good fun, with legendary actor Kevin McCarthy as his TV giant rival, and appearances from David Bowe, Michael Richards, Fran Drescher, Emo Philips (pictured below), Victoria Jackson and Gedde Watanabe as George's many friends.
"Oh, Joel Miller, you've just found the marble in the oatmeal. You're a lucky, lucky, lucky little boy. 'Cause you know why? You get to drink from... the FIRE HOOOOOSE!"
