Directed by Carl Reiner - and written by Reiner and star Steve Martin - this 1983 comedy gives us the brilliant brain surgeon, Dr. Michael Hfuhruhurr, who carries out his world-famous Cranial Screwtop surgery on Kathleen Turner's scheming femme fatale, Dolores Benedict (Turner herself giving a scene-stealing parody of her similar-minded character in 1981s Body Heat) - only to fall in love and marry her.

Teasing him with never-promised sexual encounters, and using her body to lure every man in sight,  he takes her on honeymoon to Austria. Whilst attending a conference, he encounters David Warner's eccentric Dr. Necessiter and his own unusual experiments on the human brain - causing Hfuhruhurr to fall in love with the mind of one Anne Uumellmahaye (an uncredited Sissy Spacek).
